So you want to take your 2 disc VCD and create a DVD, huh?
Ok let's get down to it.

The reason I did this is because no where else I've looked have I found this information. I learned this from many different sources.

Software needed is WinAVI (available from this site) I used 6.3, possibly DVDShink this is free, I used 3.2,
and Nero or someother burner.

Copy the following file from each VCD. to your hard drive.

MPEGAV/AVSEQ01.dat
